Looking Cool in Winter (but not cold)

With the cold weather starting to make its presence felt it’s time for us to dust off that part of the wardrobe that holds the winter gear. For some this is a great opportunity to take on some new colours and styles to adjust to the change in the temperature and to try and avoid the gloom and the rain drops. One of the best ways to do that is to have a clear out and bring in some new threads. Mens Mish Mash Clothes at https://www.louisboyd.co.uk/brands/mish-mash.html is a great place to start.

Winter in the UK is a strange affair. As an island our weather is defined by weather fronts from the Atlantic and Arctic Oceans plus mainland Europe. If the weather is coming in from the West, South West it’s more likely that we shall have the usual mild and wet weather. If it’s from the North and East then it’s liable to be colder.

This means that you don’t need to fill up with jumpers. You’re much better off looking at layering your clothes and consider some top of the range overtrousers and a decent wet weather coat to keep out the moisture. A good beanie is never a bad idea, especially as most of the bodies heat is lost via the top of the head. The idea with layer is that you can add to it and take away as you see fit. It does mean you may need a good daysack to keep the extra layers  in as it is important to fold them and ensure they are put away tidy.
