“Don’t tell the Bride”! the British Reality Television series

With no input allowed from the unsuspecting Brides to be, the potential grooms are given £12,000 and have only three weeks in which to plan and organise their weddings!  This British reality Television show aptly entitled “Don’t tell the Bride” was first aired on the eighth of November 2007.  The Shows sixty-minute episodes follow the often stressed out grooms going against everything they know their future brides might like, to arrange a wedding they think will be great fun.

They enlist the help of their friends and Best-men, who advise them on the ideal dress for their Brides, their Hen Do’s, the Wedding Cakes and the invitations before they then spend hours Looking for Newbury wedding venues and devising elaborate plans for the Grooms Stag Parties.  There are so many Wedding Venues Newbury to choose from that they spend to long deciding on which is the perfect one and don’t have enough time to get everything else organised!

With the poor Brides left at home alone and totally in the dark about what’s being planned there are plenty of tears and tantrums when the surprises start happening and they don’t like it!  Stag Parties to Las Vegas, Fire Breathing Dragons to welcome their guests, helicopter and speed boat rides, dresses that don’t fit, and venues that baffle everybody invited, the series has been a smash hit and leaves the audience wondering how the marriages are ever going to survive.
